Breakfast was a good selection

It couldn’t be helped because of the weather but our room had no electricity for 12 hours

We had s great time in the pool and enjoyed the spa and treatments

The hotel was very nice, good food too. The room was fantastic the only negative point was that the aircon did not work. They were unable to change me rooms as the hotel was full, and as I only stayed for one night they compensate me with a free lunch. Apart from this incident the room and hotel was good

Would definitely come again.

Easy check in. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, extra pillows, can relax on balcony on a night and see pool lights without the entertainment being problematic. Lovely staff everywhere. Fab pool and pool bar, just all round great value for money.

The kitchenette in rooms blocked up which is a shame although we did have a fridge. No option for dinner other than buffet which is hard with a toddler as can’t relax. However we bought food from Lidl close by and enjoyed one night on balcony. Was very relaxing.

Lovely relaxed stay. Really enjoyed it. Would go back

Lovely spacious bedrooms with lounge area and great bathroom Air con in room excellent Cold fridge Great balcony Was on 3 rd floor overlooking pool. Great room.

The pool(which was lovely) needs to be cleaned round the sides, walls of pool filthy and brown as were the steps, which is a shame because size the actual pool size and shape is fabulous The breakfast was not great. Quality of food not very good. We ended up buying lovely fresh croissants from supermarket. Needs to be improved with better quality of bread and pastries and coffee and food in general.

Keep 3 hours aside to enjoy breakfast and pool

Pool and breakfast was awesome . Room were big and with all needed amenities. We had everything we needed .

Car parking was issue . We got paid car parking spot which was in dark and far from room . It was very big hotel to reach reception for help .

The staff was super nice, polite and helpful. The hotel is huge with a very nice swimming pools - one of the best I have seen. Food was good, rooms were very clean and spacious, good value for this money.

The days we spent in the hotel, unfortunately it was raining. We couldn’t use the swimming pool so we were looking for other alternatives, but other than that there is nothing to do… pool table and tennis tables were outside so they were covered because of rain. Spa - additional cost, closed on Mondays and open hours very short in other days. Anyway the cost was quite high for hotel guests. Bringing some attractions indoor like a pool table or tennis table is not a big deal. Anyway, the location was fine for us as we had a car but if you don’t have a car, there is nothing around to see or to go to.

Wonderful

A very modern hotel set quite a way back from the town, you'd need a car for any movement. But the pool was lovely and we were upgraded to a small suite which was lovely. We had dinner and breakfast, the hotel was very quiet so not a massive change of food and the cooking stations weren't in operation. But I can always find something to eat.and it was very good value for dinner at 20 euros

We shall be returning for sure but please look into the small touches that would improve our stay

As usual friendly staff, everything clean.

The fact that there were no towels in the pool it was a little disappointing to be honest, thanks god we took ours. They didn’t arrive until 1145. On another note reception has to communicate with pool bar, restaurants etc. The first day we got there it was closed (pool bar) and remained closed until we left. The tapas area was not open until later and to be honest we were hungry, although that was sorted once we got to the tapas area as the food was amazing, little late but food was nice. Our room one of the bathrooms the cold water was not working we reported it but nothing was done which I was a little taken back. It was the first time we took my mother in law and we wanted to surprise her of how everything was and we’ve been before and we like the friendly staff . I believe certain things will have to change for next year. Exp more sun beds, more life guards, pool towels

Overall a good hotel with lots of space

It was spacious and affordable, had a good hotel gym too.

For me it was a kid friendly hotel and far too many kids and loud cheesy music throughout the day.
